Joyful Life Assessment

Place a check by the statements that are consistently true for you. If the statement doesn’t apply to you, you may change it in a way that does apply to you. This assessment isn’t meant to be pass/fail; it’s something to help identify areas in your life which may need attention or a more purposeful intention. Every few months, review the assessment and see if you’ve made any progress in the areas you’ve identified need help. If necessary, work with a coach to get through some of the barriers you have.
