Since it’s your time, and your agenda, you’ll largely determine the dynamics of the coaching session.
But I’ll be right there with you, asking questions, challenging you, trying out lots of tools to help you streamline what it is you’re hoping to accomplish.
If I hear something in your voice or notice something doesn’t sound quite right, I’ll ask you about it. Often it’s the small things that bring about BIG shifts. I’m a coach, not a therapist, so I won’t attempt to diagnose or just repeat what you say. It’ll be a give-and-take, possibly challenging at times, interesting, insightful, but most of all, it should be fun and informative.

More than likely, I’ll give you some kind of homework to stretch yourself. Of course, you can accept or decline. But the work will deepen the progress made in the session. It could be writing, taking some action, completing a task, or trying something new.

Most clients find that they need only a few coaching sessions to get back on track. We may have a short-
or a long-term relationship—it depends on what you’d like to accomplish. Just know that most people find that a few sessions are all the help they need.

The first session is 1.5 hours, with each subsequent session 1 hour long. Before the first session I’ll have you complete a brief “Getting to Know You” questionnaire that you can fax or e-mail to me.

The cost is $150 per session. I require no monthly minimum or lengthy contract.
