Life Coaching offers dynamic solutions that will energize you with new tools to create and live an abundant life—the life of your dreams. I’ll work with you using fun, interactive, yet powerful techniques to help you define your goals. Then, we’ll figure out how to get you there.

In some aspect of your life, do you feel stuck? Would you like to make some changes, but don’t quite know how to get started? Or, are things pretty good, but you’d like to make them great?

Most people I work with are doing fine in their lives—professionally or personally—but there’s something they’d like to work on to make their lives that much better or more effective. And, if you’re like me (or them), there’s only so much help that your spouse, mate, best friend, sister, parents—those closest to you—can give. They’re just too close to you and whatever it is you want to work on. For the most part, they want you to feel happy and fulfilled, and they’ll pretty much tell you what you want to hear to make you feel good...they do the best they can, but they’re just not sure what to say or do to help.

That’s where a life coach comes in. I have lots of clients say something like, “Boy, it just helps to hear myself talk about all these things—these ideas have been in my head for ages, but I’ve either never verbalized them, or it helps to have a neutral person to listen, and help me prioritize and synthesize what’s going on in there!”

Others have needed ideas and suggestions on how to better focus on the important stuff they’re working on and not get sidetracked with “busy work” (whether that’s incessantly checking e-mail, constantly rearranging papers on their desk, making lists and sublists of lists, things like that).

Still others have dreams of a new career or expanding on the one they're in, but they're just not sure how to get from one point to the other. For example, one client (a computer programmer) has always had a yearning to become an artist, a desire that has intensified in the last several years. But she has been a programmer for 13 years, and she just couldn't see how to make her dream (which is also her life's purpose, to share her creative talents with others) a reality. In her mind, she makes a good living as a programmer, and how can she give that up and pursue a radically different dream. She has set a goal for herself—to be creating art by the time she's 40 (she's 37 now). Step-by-step we worked through the process of her life's purpose, her values, her vision for herself (personally and professionally), and she came up with a map of how to get there. Lots of work, to be sure, but she's on the path and her life has been reinvigorated!

Keep in mind that you’re always the one who comes up with the answers, but with my asking probing questions and using various tools I have, will help you get to the core of what it is you’re doing and why you’re doing it. Once you’re there, it’s not too difficult to come up with more productive (for you) ways of doing things.

So, if you’re ready to let go of the “whys” of the past and move towards the “ways” of the future, let’s get started!
